A 30-degree entry angle is satisfactory for submerging most vehicles. However, steeper angles are helpful in displacing trapped air pockets in some vehicle roof areas. The steeper angle is particularly recommended for units not requiring headliners (such as truck cabs). The steeper angle will usually require either a deeper tank or conveyor modification. Angles less than 30 degrees require longer tanks and are less effective in removing air pockets. 30度入槽角适宜于浸没大多数车辆。然而，较陡的入槽角对赶出（移动）车顶底残留的空气有帮助，对无内衬要求的工件（如卡车驾驶室）特别建议采用较陡的入槽角，较陡的角度一般要求槽子较深，或改进运输链。当角小于30度时，要求槽子较长，且在赶出空气方面一般效果较差。
