Paint velocity in piping should be at a rate of 8-10 feet per second.  The linear velocity is somewhat pump dependent: for example, 12 feet/sec. may cause back pressure on some pumps. In this case, 10 feet/sec. may be best. Throttled valves can increase local velocity resulting in premature erosion or corrosion of piping adjacent to the valve as well as pump cavitation. 管路内漆液流速应为8-12英尺。线速度取决于泵的种类，例如：12英尺/秒可能最好，节流阀和泵的气穴现象一样会使局部流速增加，导致阀附近的管路过早地磨损或腐蚀。
